Bactobolamine

Bactobolamine is an immunosuppressant. It inhibits IL-2 production by CTLL cells when used at a concentration of 200 µg/ml. In vivo, bactobolamine (200 mg/kg) prolongs heart allograft survival in MHC-compatible and MHC-incompatible rat pairings.
