Arl1 Activation Assay Kit

Configuration-specific monoclonal antibody that recognizes Arl1-GTP, but not Arl1-GDP. The only available Arl1 activation assay kit directly measures the level of Arl1-GTP. Providing shorter experimental time. Could be used to monitor the activation of Arl1 in cells and in tissues by immunohistochemistry. Protein function: GTP-binding protein that has very low efficiency as allosteric activator of the cholera toxin catalytic subunit, an ADP-ribosyltransferase.
