Anti-DGKI (Diacylglycerol Kinase iota, DAG Kinase iota, Diglyceride Kinase iota, DGK-iota)

Diacylglycerol kinase iota (DGK-i) is an ~110kD kinase that phosphorylates the lipid diacylglycerol. DGK-i also inhibits RasGRP3 and limits Rap1 activation. It contains two zinc finger regions (aa178-232-aa251-310, a catalytic domain aa372-507, and two ankyrin repeats aa958-990-aa997-1026. Over aa925-1065, human DGK-i shares 94-96aa sequence identity with mouse and rat DGK-i, respectively. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
