Anti-CD11a (Leukocyte Function Associated Antigen, LFA-1, Integrin aL) (azide free), clone 3H941

Integrin alphaL subunit is an 180kD glycoprotein expressed by all human leucocytes. CD11a is involved in cell-cell adhesion processes and binds to ICAM-1, 2 and 3. This clone neutralizes CD11a mediated adhesion. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry, Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100, Immunohistochemistry: frozen, Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
