IL-17A, human recombinant

IL-17A is a member of the IL-17 family of cytokines, whose members are involved in numerous immune regulatory functions. IL-17 induces the production of many other cytokines, chemokines, and prostaglandins. Human IL-17A Recombinant Protein is purified interleukin-17A produced in yeast. Protein function: Ligand for IL17RA and IL17RC (PubMed:17911633). The heterodimer formed by IL17A and IL17F is a ligand for the heterodimeric complex formed by IL17RA and IL17RC (PubMed:18684971).
