Durvalumab

Description: Durvalumab (MEDI 4736) is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1. It can block the interaction of PD-L1 with PD-1 and CD80, with IC50 values of 0.1 and 0.04 nM, respectively. Durvalumab is often used in combination with platinum-based compounds for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer and advanced hepatocellular carcinoma cells. Target: PD-1/PD-L1.
