Anti-VPS39

Anti-VPS39 Antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. At least four isoforms of VPS39 are known to exist, this antibody will detect all four. VPS39 antibody is predicted not to cross-react with TRAP1. Protein function: Actin filament (F-actin)-binding protein involved in cell-matrix adhesion and cell-cell adhesion. Regulates cell- surface E-cadherin expression and potentiates mechanosensing by the E-cadherin complex. May also play important roles in cell morphology and locomotion. [The UniProt Consortium]
