Anti-RAB7, CT (Ras-related Protein Rab-7a, RAB7A) (Azide free) (FITC)

RAB family members are small, RAS-related GTP-binding proteins that are important regulators of vesicular transport. Each RAB protein targets multiple proteins that act in exocytic / endocytic pathways. RAB7 is a RAB family member that regulates vesicle traffic in the late endosomes and also from late endosomes to lysosomes. This protein is also involved in the cellular vacuolation of the VacA cytotoxin of Helicobacter pylori. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunohistochemistry, Flow cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap., , Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
