Anti-ITPKB, NT (ITPKB, Inositol-trisphosphate 3-kinase B, Inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate 3-kinase B)

ITPKB regulates inositol phosphate metabolism by phosphorylation of second messenger inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate to Ins(1,3,4,5)P4. The activity of this encoded protein is responsible for regulating the levels of a large number of inositol polyphosphates that are important in cellular signaling. Both calcium/calmodulin and protein phosphorylation mechanisms control its activity. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:50-100, Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
