Anti-Hsp90 total Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. This antibody detects both ? and ? forms of Hsp90 equally well. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Hsp90 from Human, Mouse, and Rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with Hsp90 from other sources has not been determined. Heat Shock research.
