Anti-Glypican-1, NT (GPC1, Glypican-1, Secreted glypican-1)

GPC1(Glypican 1) is a cell surface proteoglycan that contains heparan sulphate. The protein is attached to the cell membrane by a GPI anchor. GPC1 is required for efficient TGF-beta1 signalling in pancreatic cancer cells. Members of the glypican-related integral membrane proteoglycan family (GRIPS) may play a role in the control of cell division and growth regulation. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:50-100, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
