Anti-Flt1, ED (Fms-like Tyrosine Kinase 1), clone 2Q232

Flt1 (human 1338aa, rat 1336aa and mouse 1330aa), a putative receptor protein tyrosine kinase, is a receptor for VEGF and PLGF. Flt1 has also been described as VEGFR1 and Flk-2. It is a type 1 membrane protein and is expressed in normal lung, placenta, liver, kidney, heart, and brain but not in tumor cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.5-2.0ug/ml, Flow Cytometry: 25ug/ml. Use 10-20ul to label 1-2x10e5 cells in a total volume of 200-250ul. Visualize with appropriate secondary antibodies., ELISA: 1:10,000-1:100,000 , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
