Anti-EndoG Monoclonal Antibody was Protein A purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. Cross reactivity with EndoG [7G1C10] from other sources has not been determined. Protein function: Cleaves DNA at double-stranded (DG)n.(DC)n and at single-stranded (DC)n tracts. In addition to deoxyribonuclease activities, also has ribonuclease (RNase) and RNase H activities.
