Anti-DTX1, ID (Protein Deltex-1, Deltex1, hDTX1)

DTX1 was identified as encoding a positive regulator of the Notch-signaling pathway in Drosophila. The human gene encodes a protein of unknown function, however, it may play a role in basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor activity. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
