Anti-DTX1, ID (Protein Deltex-1, Deltex1, hDTX1) (Azide free) (FITC)

DTX1 was identified as encoding a positive regulator of the Notch-signaling pathway in Drosophila. The human gene encodes a protein of unknown function, however, it may play a role in basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor activity. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light., , Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
