Anti-CYTOCHROME p450

This affinity purified antibody is directed against human cytochrome p450. This product was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. Blast analysis the immunogen sequence shows 83.3% identity with mouse, rat, hamster, and monkey. Protein function: Cytochromes P450 are a group of heme-thiolate monooxygenases. In liver microsomes, this enzyme is involved in an NADPH-dependent electron transport pathway.
