APN is a cell surface protein homologous with human CD13. In the mouse, CD13 is a non-covalently linked homodimer of approximately 150kD subunits expressed by a variety of cells including monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cell, veiled cells and B cells of immune system. Has been reported to block mouse APN enzyme activity , Applications:, Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Functional Assays, and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100, use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul., Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
