CD10 cell surface antigen is an ~100kD glycoprotein expressed by acute lymphoblastic leukaemia cells and by peripheral blood granulocytes. CD10 is also known as the Common Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia Antigen (CALLA). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen), Immunoprecipitation, and Westen Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:100-1:200, 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: PS/NS1/1-Ag4-1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
