Anti-Cav1.3, clone S48A-9

Anti-Cav1.3 Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Cav1.3 from Human, Rat, and Mouse based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. No cross-reactivity against Cav1.2. Cross-reactivity with Cav1.3 from other sources has not been determined. Channels and Transporters research. The isoform alpha-1D gives rise to L-type calcium currents. Long-lasting (L-type) calcium channels belong to the 'high-voltage activated' (HVA) group. They are blocked by dihydropyridines (DHP), phenylalkylamines, benzothiazepines, and by omega-agatoxin-IIIA (omega-Aga-IIIA).
