Applications: , Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.1-1.0ug/ml , Western Blot after IP: 1-2ug/ml. Crossreactivity with a ~100kD protein of unknown identity is sometimes observed. , Immunoprecipitation: 5-10ug. Speci?cally immunoprecipitate the ~ 92kD b-Catenin protein from native cell lysates., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Controls: HeLa and A431 lysates. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
