Anti-Carbonyl Reductase 3 (CBR3 , hCBR3, Carbonyl reductase (NADPH) 3)

Carbonyl reductase 3 (CBR3) is members of the family of short chain dehydrogenases/reductases. Carbonyl reductases are two monomeric carbonyl reductases, carbonyl CBR1 and CBR3. CBR3 catalyzes the reduction of a large number of biologically and pharmacologically active carbonyl compounds to their corresponding alcohols. The enzyme is classified as a monomeric NADPH-dependent oxidoreductase. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blotting. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000, Western Blotting: 1:1000-1:2000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Hybridization of mouse F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice , Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
