Anti-c-erbB3 (HER3), clone 2Q320

In normal tissues, c-erbB-3 is found in non-dividing differentiated epithelial cells, neurons, and hepatocytes. In abnormal tissues, c-erbB-3 is found in 80% of GI tract tumors and 20% of breast cancers. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
