Anti-B-raf

Anti-B-raf Antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. At least two isoforms of B-raf are known to exist, this antibody will detect both isoforms. This antibody will not cross-react with C-raf. Protein function: Protein kinase involved in the transduction of mitogenic signals from the cell membrane to the nucleus. May play a role in the postsynaptic responses of hippocampal neuron. Phosphorylates MAP2K1, and thereby contributes to the MAP kinase signal transduction pathway. [The UniProt Consortium]
