Human serum albumin (HSA)s the most abundant protein in human blood plasma. Human Serum Albumin (HSA) is produced in the liver. Human serum Albumin (HSA) is the main protein of plasma, Human Serum Albumin binds water, cations (such as Ca2+, Na+ and K+), fatty acids, hormones, bilirubin and drugs. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 2ug/ml, Immunoprecipitation: 2ug/mg, Western Blot: 0.5-0.05ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
