Recombinant Human GTPase Kras4B is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Lys169 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. Protein function: Ras proteins bind GDP/GTP and possess intrinsic GTPase activity (PubMed:20949621). Plays an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation (PubMed:23698361, PubMed:22711838).
