Description: RSRGVFF (FOXP3 inhibitor P60) is a mixed angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor with the ability to penetrate the blood-brain barrier, exhibiting an IC50 value of 5.01 µM. It binds to both active and inactive sites of ACE and its substrate HHL complex, thereby reducing the catalytic activity of ACE. RSRGVFF can be further explored for hypertension research.
