Measles Virus ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool Premium

Measles ImmuneSelect peptide pool is composed of 42 peptides derived from the following proteins: Fusion glycoprotein F0 (UniProt:Q786F3) Nucleoprotein (UniProt:Q9WMB5) Hemagglutinin glycoprotein (UniProt:Q786F2) The peptides include both MHC-II epitopes and the purity of each peptide is >90% (HPLC-MS). The in vitro stimulation of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) with Measles ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool activates memory T cells specific to the virus, leading to cytokine secretion and the increased expression of specific surface markers.
