HEV ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool Premium

Hepatitis E virus (HEV) ImmuneSelect peptide pool is composed of 12 peptides derived from Capsid protein (Fragment) (UniProt:A0A4Y5WWH7) The peptides include both MHC-II epitopes and the purity of each peptide is >90% (HPLC-MS). The in vitro stimulation of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) with HEV virus ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool activates memory T cells specific to the virus, leading to cytokine secretion and the increased expression of specific surface markers.
