SSE15206 is an inhibitor of tubulin polymerization. It inhibits microtubule polymerization in A549 cells when used at concentrations of 1. and 2. µM. SSE15206 (0. µM) induces cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase in HCT116 cells.
