S49076 is a multi-kinase inhibitor. It inhibits c-Met, Axl, Mer, FGFR1, FGFR2, and FGFR3 (IC50s = 1, 7, 2, 18, 17, and 15 nM, respectively). S49076 inhibits Axl- and c-Met-mediated Akt phosphorylation in MDA-MB-231 cells (IC50s = 33 and 50s = 50-200 nM).
