PROTAC Mcl Degrader-1

A PROTAC that drives Mcl-1 degradation, induces degradation of Mcl-1 in HeLa cells (DC50 = 0.76 µM), induces selective degradation of Mcl-1 over Bcl-2, Bcl-xL, MDM2, and tubulin in HeLa cells at 10 µM, inhibits growth of H23 cells.
