A dual PARP1/2 and TNKS1/2 inhibitor, reduces the proliferation of Capan-1 PDAC cells (IC50 = 0.1895 µM), selectively inhibits the proliferation of, and induces apoptosis and G2/M phase cell cycle arrest in, HPAF-II and AsPC-1 PDAC cells expressing RNF43 loss-of-function mutations over SNU-410 PDAC cells expressing wild-type RNF43, reduces tumor growth in a Capan-1 mouse xenograft model at 50 mg/kg.
