DprE1-IN-2

DprE1-IN-2 is an antitubercular agent that is active against M. tuberculosis in vitro, with MIC values ranging from 0.5 to 1.56 µM. It is an inhibitor of decaprenylphosphoryl-beta-D-ribose 2'-epimerase (DprE1, IC50 = 32 nM), an enzyme involved in mycobacterial cell wall biogenesis.
