C-176 is a covalent inhibitor of stimulator of interferon genes (STING). It selectively reduces STING-, but not RIG-I or TBK1-, mediated IFN-beta reporter activity in HEK293 cells when used at concentrations ranging from 0.01 to 5 µM.
