AZD 4635

AZD 4635 is an adenosine A2 receptor antagonist (Ki = 1.7 nM for the human receptor). It inhibits adenosine-induced cAMP production in CHO cells expressing the human A2 receptor (IC50 = 0.79 µM) and reverses suppression of IFN-gamma secretion induced by 5'-N-ethylcarboxamidoadenosine (NECA, Cay-21420) in CD8+ T cells.
