Anti-phospho-CD39L3 (CD39-like 3, Ectonucleoside Triphosphate Diphosphohydrolase-3, eNTPDase 3, HB6)

CD39L3 (CD39-like 3, Ectonucleoside Triphosphate Diphosphohydrolase-3, eNTPDase 3, HB6) is an 80kD, class I member of the GDA1/CD39 NTPase family of transmembrane (TM) enzymes. It is a cell-surface glycoprotein that hydrolyses both extracellular ATP and ADP. Thus, it controls ATP activation of P2X ion channel purinoreceptors. Mouse CD39L3 is 529 amino acids (aa) in length. It contains two TM segments plus an N- and C-terminal cytoplasmic region. Based on human CD39L3, the mouse extracellular domain (ECD) will contain aa 44-485. Within the ECD, mouse CD39L3 shares 82% and 94% aa identity with human and rat CD39L3 ECD, respectively. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml detection limit for rmCD39L3 is ~5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
