Fab Anti-BIOTIN, Texas Red(R) Conjugated

This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using biotin coupled to sepharose beads followed by papain digestion and chromatographic separation. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum and biotinylated IgG.  No reaction was observed against anti-papain or anti-Goat IgG F(c). This product is designed for immunofluorescence microscopy, fluorescence based plate assays (FLISA) and fluorescent western blotting. This product is also suitable for multiplex analysis, including multicolor imaging, utilizing various commercial platforms.
