FluoSite Anti-CD22 Antibody, FITC-Labeled

This human anti-CD22 antibody is a purified monoclonal antibody, which is labeled with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). This antibody has been tested by flow cytometry for specific binding to human CD22 on the surface of CD22 CHO Recombinant Cell Line (BPS Bioscience #79557-H). FluoSite(TM) is a tag-based method for site-specific conjugation of antibodies with fluorophores, ensuring the labeling site is far from the antigen-binding domain to preserve antibody functionality.
