ZO1 encodes a protein located on a cytoplasmic membrane surface of intercellular tight junctions. The encoded protein may be involved in signal transduction at cell-cell junctions. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:50-100, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
