Anti-TFF3, monoclonal

Concentration: 1mg/ml. Formulation: PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 50% glycerol. TFF3 (trefoil factor 3) is a membeof the trefoil family proteins which are characterized by having at least one copy of thtrefoil motif, a 40-amino acid domain that contains three conserved disulfides. It is involved in the maintenance and repair of the intestinal mucosa, and promotes the mobility of epithelial cells in healing processes. TFF3 is part of a panel of urinary biomarkers to monitor reversibility of renal injury.
