Anti-Talin (TLN, Talin-1, TLN1, ILWEQ, KIAA1027)

Talin is a large, multidomain focal adhesion protein involved in the assembly of actin filaments. Talin interacts with the intracellular domains of integrins, vinculin and other focal adhesion proteins. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. , Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 2.0-4.0ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O or PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
