Anti-SPRED3, NT (SPRED3, EVE-3, Sprouty-related, EVH1 domain-containing protein 3)

SPRED3 is a member of the Sprouty (see SPRY1, MIM 602465)/SPRED family of proteins that regulate growth factor-induced activation of the MAP kinase cascade (see MAPK1, MIM 176948) (Nonami et al., 2004 [PubMed 15465815]). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
