Anti-Spermine Synthase (SMS, Spermidine Aminopropyltransferase)

This protein belongs to the spermidine/spermine synthases family. The gene encoding this protein encodes an ubiquitous enzyme of polyamine metabolism. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
