Anti-Sestrin-3, ID (Y335) (SESN3, SEST3, Sestrin-3)

Sestrins form a small family of redox enzymes which regulate accumulation of Reactive Oxygen Species. They protect cells and their DNA against oxidative damage and regulate cell growth and viability. These genes are often deregulated in cancers and their inactivation accelerates the growth of model tumors in mice. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
