Anti-SAH (Acyl-coenzyme A Synthetase ACSM3, Mitochondrial, Acyl-CoA Synthetase Medium-chain Family M

Belongs to the ATP dependent AMP binding enzyme family. Has medium chain fatty acid:CoA ligase activity with broad substrate specificity (in vitro). Acts on acids from C(4) to C(11) and on the corresponding 3-hydroxy- and 2,3- or 3,4-unsaturated acids (in vitro). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, 11c7entrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
