Anti-RNF168, CT (RNF168, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF168, RING finger protein 168)

The complex repair response elicited by DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs) includes recruitment of several DNA repair proteins and ubiquitination of H2A-type histones (see MIM 142720). RNF168 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase critical for DSB repair (Stewart et al., 2009 [PubMed 19203578]). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
