Protein function: Inhibits signal transduction by increasing the GTPase activity of G protein alpha subunits thereby driving them into their inactive GDP-bound form. Binds to G(i)-alpha and G(o)-alpha, but not to G(s)-alpha. [The UniProt Consortium] Validated by standard strategies. Buffer: The antibodies are delivered in 40% glycerol and PBS (pH 7.2). 0.02% sodium azide is added as preservative.
