PLEKHF2 (Phafin 2) is a PH and FYVE domain containing protein 2. The FYVE domain and Zinc binding domain targets proteins to membrane lipids via interaction with phosphatidylinositol 3 phosphate, PI3P. The FYVE domain and Zinc binding domain present in Fab1, YOTB, Vac1, and EEA1. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
