Anti-NOX1 antibody is directed against rat NOX1 protein. The product was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest reactivity with this protein from human and mouse based on homology for the immunogen sequence. Cross reactivity with NOX1 from other sources has not been determined. Protein function: Pyridine nucleotide-dependent oxidoreductase that generates superoxide and might conduct H(+) ions as part of its electron transport mechanism. [The UniProt Consortium]
