Anti-NIFK, clone NFK8436

0.5 mg/ml with 0.1 mg/ml BSA (US sourced), 0.05% sodium azide. NIFK (nucleolar protein interacting with the FHA domain of pKi-67), also called Ki-67ip, was identified via a two-hybrid screening from HeLa cDNA using the N-terminal portion of pKi-67. It can bind RNA and may play a role in mitosis and cell cycle progression. In mitosis, NIFK is thought to colocalize with pKi-67 at the surface of mitotic chromosomes.
